Terms & Conditions for Epic Luxury Experiences LLC

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Epic Luxury Experiences LLC (“Epic Luxury Experiences,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our website, located at https://epicluxury.vip (the “Site”). By booking a trip or filling out any form on our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trip with Epic Luxury Experiences LLC and filling out any form on the Site, you agree to abide by these Terms. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to accept these Terms on your behalf or on behalf of any accompanying individuals.

2. Travel Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that travel carries inherent risks, which may include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, illness, or death. By participating in any trip organized by Epic Luxury Experiences LLC, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, including those related to transportation, lodging, activities, and excursions. You further acknowledge that Epic Luxury Experiences LLC, its directors, employees, agents, or affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses you may incur.

3. International Liability Release

You understand that international travel has specific requirements and risks, including but not limited to customs regulations, visa requirements, and health protocols. By booking a trip with Epic Luxury Experiences LLC, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Epic Luxury Experiences LLC, its agents, employees, and affiliated companies from any liability arising from travel restrictions, denial of entry, medical events, or other incidents that may occur while outside the United States.

4. Mandatory Travel Insurance Requirement

All participants are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before embarking on any trip organized by Epic Luxury Experiences LLC. This insurance must cover trip cancellation, health, and accident coverage, and emergency evacuation. Proof of travel insurance must be presented upon request. Failure to secure travel insurance releases Epic Luxury Experiences LLC from any liability for expenses or losses that would have been covered by the insurance.

5. Hold Harmless Clause

You agree to hold Epic Luxury Experiences LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates harmless for any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from or associated with your participation in any of our experiences, including any excursions, activities, transportation, accommodations, or any other services provided.

6. Behavioral Code of Conduct

Epic Luxury Experiences LLC provides curated experiences for individuals who value sophistication, class, and mutual respect. As a participant, you are expected to conduct yourself in a respectful and ethical manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive by Epic Luxury Experiences LLC or its representatives may result in your removal from the experience without a refund.

7. Zero Tolerance Policy for Illegal Activities

Epic Luxury Experiences LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities, including but not limited to engagement in sex trafficking, drug use, or any other illicit behavior. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the experience and reporting to the appropriate authorities, with no refund provided.

8. Responsibility for Transportation to Destination Airport

All participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation, including flights, to the designated airport of the destination city. Epic Luxury Experiences LLC is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or other travel-related issues that may affect your arrival.

9. Passport and Visa Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport for international travel, with at least six months of validity remaining from the date of travel. Epic Luxury Experiences LLC is not liable if you are denied entry to the destination country or any other destination on the trip due to lack of a valid passport or failure to obtain any necessary visas or travel permits. There will be no refunds or credits if you are unable to participate due to passport or visa issues.

10. Excessive Alcohol Consumption

Epic Luxury Experiences LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the group if they are deemed to be excessively intoxicated or if their behavior disrupts the experience for others. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of the hosts, and no refunds will be provided if you are removed for excessive alcohol consumption.

11. No Refund Policy

All payments made for experiences organized by Epic Luxury Experiences LLC are non-refundable from the time of payment for any reason, including but not limited to illness, missed flights, denied entry, cancellation of travel plans, or dissatisfaction with the experience. This policy applies to all participants regardless of circumstances. Travel insurance may provide coverage for certain cancellations, and we encourage participants to obtain insurance that meets their needs.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
• Modification of Terms: Epic Luxury Experiences LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site or our services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be fully effective.

By proceeding with booking and completing any form on the Site, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that this is a legally binding agreement and voluntarily agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Epic Luxury Experiences LLC in accordance with these Terms.
